Shipping policy

We process and dispatch orders within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery timelines vary by location and generally take 2–4 working days for metro cities and 4–7 working days for non-metro or remote areas. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected pin codes and orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, and orders marked as delivered by the courier partner will be treated as successfully delivered. Any issues related to damaged, missing, or tampered packages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof for review.
